Non-discrimination Policy
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to any guest whose conduct is unlawful, disruptive, threatening, unsafe, or violates hotel policies, provided such refusal does not violate applicable federal, state, or local anti-discrimination laws.
Long Term Stay Guest Policy
- Initial Booking & Check-in:
- Payment Schedule: Long-term stays are invoiced weekly and expected to pay upfront for the upcoming week’s stay. The exact payment frequency should be confirmed with the guest at the time of check-in. A credit card must be on file for the guest.
- Room Inspections: As part of maintaining hotel standards and cleanliness, room inspections will occur on a weekly basis.
- Guest Conduct: All hotel policies regarding noise, cleanliness, and behavior are expected to be followed during the extended stay.
- Housekeeping Services: Long-term guests may request reduced housekeeping services or opt out, but they must inform the hotel of their preferences at check-in.
- Guest must sign/date the Long Term Stay Guest Acknowledgement (2.1.3.9) received at check-in
- Payment Schedule:
- For long-term stays, payments should be scheduled on a weekly basis. Staff can agree on a day of the week with the guest at check-in (if desired)
- Guests to be reminded at least 48 hours before the due date that payment is due. This reminder can be sent via email or a call to the guest room.
- If payments are not received on the due date or the charge is declined, the hotel staff may promptly follow up with the guest to ensure timely payment.
- If a payment remains unpaid after a reasonable period of 3 days, the guest will be informed that they may be asked to vacate the premises if the matter is not resolved.
- If a guest refuses to make a payment after reasonable attempts, guest is subject to eviction (with timeframe/law permissible by state)

- Weekly Inspections:
- Weekly room inspections must be scheduled in advance with the guest and communicated clearly at check-in.
- Inspections should include, but are not limited to:
- Cleanliness of the room.
- Condition of furniture and fixtures.
- Functionality of utilities (e.g., HVAC, lighting, plumbing).
- Safety checks (e.g., fire alarms, exit routes).
- Guest is expected to provide access to the room for inspections and be advised that refusal could result in termination of the stay.
- Any guest concerns regarding inspection times or frequency should be addressed and accommodation should be made to front desk team/the General Manager.
- Tax Exemptions for Long Term Stays:
- Taxes should be applied and collected for the stay until the date that the guest hits the 30-day threshold. At that time, the taxes from the first 30 days should then be adjusted off and the account should be set as tax-exempt for the remainders of the uninterrupted stay.
